Join us for the exhilarating STEAM Mashup and Grand Finale at SparkLab Camp! Our campers will proudly showcase their extraordinary projects, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and discovery. Experience an inspiring culmination of learning and joy as children unveil their unique creations and display their newfound skills!
Campers ages 6–12 are eligible to enroll. Because of the activities and overall structure of the program, all campers must be at least 6 years old and no older than 12 years old on January 1, 2026, to participate this season. We understand this may be disappointing, but we’re unable to make exceptions to the age requirement.
SparkLab Camp works hard to support every camper’s success. While we strive to accommodate individual needs wherever possible, our staffing model does not allow for 1:1 support. If your child has an Educational Assistant (EA) at school to help with behaviour-related needs, they must attend camp with a qualified support person.
Please note that all campers must be fully independent in the washroom, as camp staff are not permitted to provide this type of assistance. Families are responsible for arranging any required personal care support.
Full disclosure of all medical, behavioural, or support needs is required in the Camper Medical and Behavioural section at the time of registration. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the participant being removed from camp, and refunds or credits will not be issued in these circumstances.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer half‑day or part‑time enrollment options. Families are welcome to choose a modified attendance schedule for their child; however, the full enrollment fee still applies.
All lost and found items will be kept at camp until the end of the final week of the season. Any unclaimed items at that time will be donated to a local charity. Please note that lost items cannot be shipped to campers. We strongly encourage families to label all belongings and check daily to ensure everything has made it home. Campers who bring valuables do so at their own risk, and we recommend leaving them at home. SparkLab Camp is not responsible for the damage, loss, or theft of any personal items brought to camp.
